Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Honey - for sweetness
Method
Step 1
Step-1 Add 1 and ½ tablespoon Ragi flour to a sauce pan. Add ¾ cup of water and whisk well. Switch on the stove and cook it until becomes thick and shiny. Switch off the stove and cool down it completely.
Step 2
Step-2 Transfer the cooked Ragi mixture to mixer jar and add chilled milk to it. Add honey for sweetness. Blend it well until it becomes smooth and creamy. The healthy Ragi milk shake is ready to serve.
