Ingredients
- Sliced Tomatoes - 3 nos
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cuminpowder - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida powder - 1/4tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Crushed Garlic - 5
- Chopped Green chilly - 3
- Tamarind paste - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 4 twigs
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Mustard seed - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbspn
- Water - 2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, red chilly and garlic.
Step 2
Add crushed green chillies, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, cumin powder, asafoetida powder and fry for two minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, water, tamarind paste and salt. Boil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Finally add coriander leaves and curry leaves. Dish is ready to served.
