Ingredients
Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan fry the cashew nuts and raisins and keep aside. In the same pan add 2 tsp of ghee and add semolina and fry for 2 minutes. To this add sugar & coconut and keep on stirring in medium flame till the sugar starts to melt.
Remove from flame and add the fried cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder. Then add milk little by little and keep mixing it well. Allow it to cool slightly. Once cooled, shape the rava ladoo mixture into equal size balls.
