CauliflowerĀ Curry is a simple vegetarian curry and easy to prepare also. The recipe I am going to share is one of my mostĀ favoriteĀ cauliflower dishes.Ā So here goes the tasty side dish from my kitchen made with cauliflower.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 no
- Red chilly powder - 1 /2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Meat masala - 4 tsp
- Tomato - 1 no
- Green chilly - 2 nos
- Big onion - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - As required
Method
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak them in salt contained warm water for 5 minutes so it gets cleaned thoroughly. Take it out and wash them again in fresh water.
Step 2
Heat a pan with oil and add big onion, green chilly, curry leaves and saute till the raw smell of onion goes off. Then, add chopped tomato and saute for a while.
Step 3
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and meat masala. Saute well for 1 min under a low flame.
Step 4
Put the cauliflower florets in to it and mix it well with gravy. Add water and required salt. Cook it for 10 mins till the cauliflower florets becomes soft.
Step 5
The Spicy Masala Cauliflower Curry is ready to be served.
