Ingredients

  • Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Cucumber - 1/2
  • Coriander leaves ( chopped ) - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Green chilly - 1
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Wash onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves. Chop it all and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add corn, salt and water. Cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the stove and drain the corn.

Step 3

In a bowl combine cooked sweet corn, chopped tomato, onion, cucumber, green chilly and coriander leaves. Add chaat masala powder and lime juice.

Step 4

Add salt to taste.

Step 5

Tasty sweet corn salad is ready.
