- Only yogurt is in used in kichadi with vegetables

Ingredients
Clean the ladies finger with water and slice into thin round pieces. In a grinder grind grated coconut, shallots, cumin seeds and curd together to a fine paste. When it is almost done, add mustard seeds to get crushed. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry sliced ladies finger and chopped green chillies. Add curd, coconut mix and salt.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when it starts spluttering (കടുക് പൊട്ടിയതിനു ശേഷം) add dried red chillies and curry leaves. Pour this on the top of pachadi. Tasty pachadi is ready to be served as a side dish with rice.Method
