Pineapple French Toast – Easy & Tasty Snack Recipe
Pineapple French Toast is prepared by soaking bread in pineapple juice, milk and egg mixture and cooked until golden colour. It is a simple continental recipe. Tryout this yummy Pineapple French Toast at home.
French toast means bread dipped in a mixture of beaten egg, milk and fried on both sides. Sometimes sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla are added to the mixture. It is a simple, quick and delicious evening snack.
Many studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods like pineapples decreases the risk of Obesity and overall mortality, Diabetes, Heart Disease and promotes a healthy complexion and hair. Pineapple, when used along with coconut oil, offers relief from chapped lips.
- Bread Slices - 4 nos
- Milk - 1/3 cup
- Fresh Pineapple Juice - 5 tbsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Honey - 4 tbsp
Take a bowl and add milk, pineapple juice, egg, honey and mix well.
Heat a pan and melt butter over medium heat.
Dip both sides of the bread in the egg-milk mixture and place it on the pan.
Fry the bread pieces till both sides are brown. Switch off the flame.
Tasty Pineapple French Toast is ready.
