Bitter Melon ( പാവയ്ക്ക ) a healthy vegetable

Bitter Melon A.K.A Bitter Gourd is a healthy vegetable. Bitter Gourd grown in hot and humid climate. It is mainly cultivated in Asian countries and South America. This vegetable have low in calories but it contains high in vitamins, magnesium, iron, zinc, dietary fiber, etc. It can be used as fry, curries, juice, etc. It is a kind of medicine to cure blood disorders, diabetes, cholera, piles, eye disorders, helps in digestion, respiratory disorders, etc.
To reduce the bitter taste soak it for an half an hour in water before juicing or cooking.

It is advisable NOT to eat more than two Bitter Gourd a day because it will cause abdominal pain & diarrhea
