Beetroot are dark red colour vegetable grown in the ground and related to turnips, swedes and sugar beet. It is used as curry, fry, pickle in India especially Kerala. Its leaves is also good for salads and soups.
It is an excellent source online casino of folic acid, iron vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, soluble fibres, etc. It helps to reduce blood pressure, good for strengthen the muscles, and helps to prevent heart attacks, cancer & strokes.This vegetable helps to purify the blood in our body. Drinking Beetroot juice helps to increase the flow of blood to brain.

Fresh beets with the greens attached can be stored for three to four days in the fridge, but beets with the greens removed can be stored in the fridge for two to four weeks.
