Ingredients

  • White cabbage - 250 gm ( shredded )
  • Red cabbage - 25 gm ( shredded )
  • Carrot - 50 gm
  • Parsley leaves - 3 tbsp ( chopped )
  • Fresh lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1tbsp
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Paparika - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon zest - Half of a lemon
  • Black pepper powder - ยผ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Wash and chop white and red cabbage into small pieces. Wash and grate the carrot.

Step 2

Take a glass jar and add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, paparika, black pepper powder, lemon zest, salt and mix well.

Step 3

Add white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and parsley leaves for the slaw and toss.

Step 4

Tasty Aegean Slaw is ready.

Step 5

Serve as a side dish with any main meal.
