As soon as the water comes to a boil, remove the pan from heat and cover the pan. For hard boiled eggs, keep the eggs in the pan for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
Pressure cook beetroot pieces with water for 5 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. Grind the cooked beetroot in a grinder. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Add all yolks to the grinded beetroot. Add mustard and mash it all together again. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the beetroot mixture back into the deviled eggs. Beetroot Deviled Eggs is ready to serve.Method
