Ingredients
Wash beetroot in water. Peel and clean the beetroot and grate it. In a presser cooker add 3 tbsp of ghee and grated beetroot. Cook for 10
minutes in a low flame. Now add milk and presser cook up to 2 whistles. Switch off the flame. Open the cooker and add sugar and cook again for 5 minutes. Now add the condensed milk and go on stirring till it leaves the sides of the pan. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in another pan and roast cashew nuts and raisins in it. Garnish the halwa with toasted raisins and cashew nuts. Tasty Beetroot Halwa is ready to serve.Method
