Ingredients

  • Purple cabbage - 100 gm
  • Green cabbage - 100 gm
  • Orange - 1 no ( peeled and sliced )
  • Cherry tomatoes - 5 nos ( halved )
  • Parsley leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped )
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Orange zest - 1 tsp
  • Orange juice - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cashew nuts - 5 nos ( roasted )

Method

Step 1

Clean the green cabbage, purple cabbage and slice it thinly.

Step 2

Take a mixing bowl and add sliced purple cabbage, green cabbage, orange, halved cherry tomatoes and roasted cashew nuts.

Step 3

Take a glass jar and add olive oil, orange zest, ginger juice, orange juice and salt. Mix well with a spoon.

Step 4

Pour this over the vegetable mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Chill for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Tasty Cabbage and Orange Salad is ready.
