- Cauliflower - 50 gm (cut in to thin slice)
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper - 1 tsp (crushed)
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Pineapple - 25 gm (cut it thin slice)
- Mint leaves - !/4 cup
Method
Step 1
Take a plate arrange the cauliflower, pineapple and apple slices.
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the salad immediately before serving. Season with salt and black pepper.
