Ingredients
- ചെമ്മീൻ 1/2kg
- Oil - 4tspn
- Onion -2
- Tomato - 1
- Chilli powder - 2tspn
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tspn
- Salt
- Curryleaves
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Garlic - 10 pieces
Method
Step 1
Marinate the prawns with 1/4tspn of turmeric powder, 1tspn of Chilli powder, and 1/2tspn of salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes
Step 2
Take a deep pan and add Coconut Oil, a pinch of perinjeerakam (fennel seeds) and small coconut pieces. Wait until its color changes.
Step 3
Add the chopped Onions, Garlic, ginger, and curry leave into it. Saute for some time.
Step 4
Add Tomato, 1tspn Chilli powder, 1/4tspn of turmeric powder.
Step 5
Add prawns to the pan and saute until the water from it dries up.
Step 6
Add 4 green chilli and Spread 1 tspn oil on top of it.
Step 7
Creamy Prawn fry is ready to serve.
