Chicken popcorn is a tasty, crispy and juicy chicken recipe. It is favorite of all non-veg lovers. In this recipe, the chicken pieces are marinated with eastern chicken fry masala. Ingredients
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Egg - 1 no
- Bread crumbs - 100 gm
- Eastern chicken fry masala - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 200 gm
Method
Step 1
Clean and chop the boneless chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Take bowl and add chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with eastern chicken fry masala and keep it for minimum 30 minutes.
Step 3
Beat egg well with a spoon and keep it in a bowl. Put bread crumbs in a plate and keep aside.
Step 4
Dip marinated chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Switch off the flame. Drain the excess oil with a tissue paper.
Step 6
Tasty Chicken Popcorn is ready.
