No Oil Chicken Roast Recipe

Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg (Cut into medium size)
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Chicken Tikka Masala - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger paste - 1/4 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1/4 tbsp
- Tomato - Chopped 1 cup
- Onion - Chopped 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 2
In low flame, cook this chicken mix in thick bottomed vessel for half an hour.
Step 3
Tip: No need to add water since we are adding yoghurt which will adjust the required amount of water for cooking the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked well you can increase the fire and evaporate the excess water to make the chicken as a dry roast.
