Ingredients
- Beef - 250 gm ( cut into thin strips )
- Green chilies - 5 nos ( sliced thinly )
- Garlic cloves - 4 nos ( peeled and crushed )
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp ( crushed )
- White pepper - 1/2 tsp ( powdered )
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Maida - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- White vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- Capsicum - 1/4 ( sliced thinly )
- Sesame seed oil - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean and cut the beef into thin strips.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add garlic, black pepper, white pepper, sugar, maida, corn flour, soya sauce, white vinegar, salt and make it into a paste. Marinate the beef strips with this paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the marinated beef strips on a low flame until golden brown. Add green chilies, capsicum and cook for 3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.
Step 4
Tasty Chinese Dry Beef Chilly is ready.
