Coleslaw recipe
Coleslaw is a fresh vegetable salad made with cabbage and carrot mixed with mayonnaise, milk, vinegar and sugar. Mayonnaise is a creamy sauce like item made of oil, egg and vinegar. Now a days you can easily get mayonnaise in all supermarkets.
Ingredients
- 2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 5 to 6 tbsp fresh milk
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Mix all the above ingredients together with a spoon in a bowl.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour so that the salad is chilled. Serve chilled with hot crispy fried chicken.
