Ingredients
- Beef - 250 gm
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Tomato Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour - 2 tsp
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean and cut the beef into strips.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add soya sauce, pepper powder, corn flour, tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste, egg, salt and make it into a paste. Marinate the beef strips with this paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the marinated beef strips until golden brown and crispy. Switch off the flame.
Step 4
Drain the excess oil with a tissue paper.
Step 5
Tasty Crispy Fried Beef Stripes are ready.
Step 6
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
