Eastern Palada Payasam is a tasty payasam and very easy make. Payasam prepared with palada (rice ada) is common sweet delicacy prepared in almost all Kerala households during festival of Onam and many other occasions.ย Palada pradhaman is prepared with rice flakes, milk and sugar. Ingredients
- Eastern palada mix - 1 packet
- Milk - 1 litter
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Heat a pan and boil 1 litter of milk.
Step 2
Put the entire content of the palada mix in to the boiling milk.
Step 3
Stir for about 30 minutes on a low flame.
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp of mix and mix well.
Step 5
Delicious Eastern Palada Payasam is ready.
