Ingredients
- Ripe Jackfruit Flesh - 10 nos ( 250 gm )
- All Purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 5 tbsp
- Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 4 tbsp
- Coconut Oil - 250 ml
- Salt - a pinch
Method
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the jackfruit.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, rice flour, sugar and salt. Then mix it nicely by adding enough water to get a thick batter with a dropping consistency.
Step 3
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Dip the jackfruit flesh in the batter one by one and coat it well.
Step 4
Deep fry it in coconut oil for about 5 minutes or till both sides become light golden colour. Switch off the flame. Drain oil using a paper towel.
Step 5
Tasty Jackfruit Fritters is ready.
