Chakka Pazham Porichathu Recipe

Jackfruit Fritters is a tea-time snack made using Jackfruit Bulbs. It tastes great and the crispness of the fried batter makes this a wonderful snack. Make sure to use the firm version of the Jackfruit ( Varikka Chakka ) for this preparation.

Jackfruit is a good source of antioxidants and vitamin C. The flesh of the jackfruit is starchy and fiberous. The fiber content helps to protect the colon mucous membrane and eliminates cancer-causing chemicals from the colon.
