Ingredients
Clean and cut the kaada (Quail) and make slits on the kaada meat with a knife. Mix kashmiri red chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and 2 tbsp of water in a bowl and make into a paste. Marinate the kaada with the paste and keep it aside for 2 hours. Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry the kaada. Tasty Kaada Fry is ready.Method
