Ingredients

  • Kaada/Quail - 2 nos
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil - 2 cups
  • Water - 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Clean and cut the kaada (Quail) and make slits on the kaada meat with a knife.

Step 2

Mix kashmiri red chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and 2 tbsp of water in a bowl and make into a paste.

Step 3

Marinate the kaada with the paste and keep it aside for 2 hours.

Step 4

Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry the kaada.

Step 5

Tasty Kaada Fry is ready.
