Ingredients
- Cooked pasta - 1 cup
- Onion chopped - 1 cup
- Carrot sliced - 1
- Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
- 1 Veg or Chicken stock dissolved in 5 tbsp hot water
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Dark soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- 1 beaten egg with salt to taste
Method
Step 1
In hot vegetable oil, fry egg in a round pan. Cut the fried egg into stick size lengthy shapes and keep aside for pasta decoration.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion. Once onion is sautéed add carrots and cauliflower and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Then add stock and all sauce and cook for 1/2 minute. Add cooked pasta to this and evaporate any extra water.
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp veg oil to this to avoid pasta sticking to each other. Switch off the flame and plate pasta by decorating with fried egg on top. Serve hot!!!
