Ingredients
Wash the kiwi in water then peel them, and chop it into small pieces. Put the chopped kiwi into the mixer grinder and grind it nicely. Strain it in a sieve and take the juice. Heat a heavy bottomed pan then pour the juice, green food colour and sugar. Keep stirring occasionally. When it boils put the fire in a low flame and stir occasionally till it comes to jam consistency. Add lime juice and switch off the flame and leave it to cool. To check the consistency of the jam, place a spoonful of jam on a plate and place it in the refrigerator for a minute or two, if it is still running and saucy cook for another 5 minutes and check it again. Tasty Kiwi jam is ready. Let the jam cool for a room temperature and transfer the jam to a sterilized jar.Method
