Mango lassi Recipe
Lassi is a popular and traditional yogurt-based drink which originates in the Punjab region. It is made by blending yogurt with water and spices. Traditional lassi also known as salted lassi, or, simply lassi is a savory drink sometimes flavored with ground roasted cumin while sweet lassi on the other hand is blended with sugar or fruits instead of spices.
Mango Lassi is gaining popularity worldwide. Juicy ripe mangoes are used to make this delicious lassi. This is a perfect treat for summer which is made with a delicious combination of mangoes, yogurt and milk. It may be made with or without additional sugar.

Ingredients
- Ripe mango - 2 nos
- Yogurt - 2 cups
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Ice cubes - 5 nos
- Milk - 1 cup
Method
Step 1
Wash the mangoes with water. Peel the skin of mangoes and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a blender add the mango pieces and blend until smooth. Add yogurt and sugar to it ,blend again for 3 minutes. .
Step 3
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled with ice cubes.
Step 4
Tasty Mango Lassi is ready to be served.
