Maagi noodles is one of the favorite choice of both the grown ups and the children. So here iam presenting one of the favorite maggi recipe in a different style asย ย Maggi balls.ย ย It is very easy to make within minutes and extremely delicious. It can be used as a teatime snack or nalumani palaharam.
If your child hesitate to eat plenty of vegetables, the noodles balls will be aย ย perfect nutritious snack by adding some cabbages, carrots etc. By serving this special quick and easy vegetable dish,ย will definitely surprise the guests, friends and other relatives.
Ingredients
Heat vegetable oil in a pan then add chopped green chilly and ginger garlic paste stir for 2 minutes. Add sliced onions saute it till soft. Then add the capsicum, cabbage, and carrots stir fry for 3 minutes. Open the maggi packet and break the noodles into 4 pieces and add it to the pan along with the taste maker. Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Add a pinch of salt, tomato ketchup cook for 4 minutes. Switch off the flame when the water evaporates. Mix well. The mix will become dry. Stuffing for the maggi noodle balls is ready. In a bowl take around 1/2 cup of water then add a pinch of salt. Cut the brown edges of the slice bread. Sprinkle the bread surface with little water just enough to moisten it but not make it soggy. Add 1 tbsp of the stuffing on the bread and shape it like a ball.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry it till a golden brown colour. Tasty Maggi Noodle balls are ready. Serve hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.Method
