Mango salsa is a spicy-sweet sauce made from mangoes. It is often also used as a garnish on grilled chicken or grilled fish due to the sauce’s gamut of complementary flavors. Mango salsa tastes a little sweeter than the other salsas. It goes very well as a garnish for an interesting burger.

Ingredients
- Ripe mango - 1 no (remove skin and chop)
- Tomato - 1 no (chopped)
- Water melon - 1 cup (chopped)
- Papaya - 1 cup (chopped)
- Pomegranate seeds - 15 nos
- Mint leaves - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tsp
- Green chilly - 1 no (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Dice the mango into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut tomato, watermelon, papaya, green chilly into small pieces. Take a bowl and add all ingredients.
Step 3
Toss well and cover it with a plastic wrap. Set in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes.
Step 4
Delicious Mango Salsa is ready to be served.
