Oats with Mango and Banana – Healthy and Quick Breakfast Recipe
Oats with Mango & Banana is a healthy and nutritious breakfast recipe. It is a delicious and easy to make dish. Tryout this yummy and quick recipe at your home.
Oatmeal is a whole grain and eating whole grains can lower your risk for several diseases, including high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Oatmeal also contains lignans, a plant chemical that has been found to prevent heart disease. Eating oatmeal can lower your cholesterol, especially your LDL or “bad” cholesterol.
- Quaker oats - 100 gm
- Milk - 200 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Ripe mango - 1 no ( peeled and chopped )
- Ripe banana - 1 no ( peeled and chopped )
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vanila essence - 1/4 tsp
- Cherry - 5 nos ( chopped )
Take the oats in a pan and add water, milk and boil for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Turn off the flame and add sugar, vanilla essence, chopped mango, banana and combine well.
Transfer this to serving bowl and garnish with mango cubes, chopped cherry and banana.
Tasty Oats with Mango and Banana is ready.
