Oats with Mango & Banana is a healthy and nutritious breakfast recipe. It is a delicious and easy to make dish. Tryout this yummy and quick recipe at your home.

Oatmeal also contains lignans, a plant chemical that has been found to prevent heart disease. Eating oatmeal can lower your cholesterol, especially your LDL or “bad” cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • Quaker oats - 100 gm
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Ripe mango - 1 no ( peeled and chopped )
  • Ripe banana - 1 no ( peeled and chopped )
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Vanila essence - 1/4 tsp
  • Cherry - 5 nos ( chopped )

Method

Step 1

Take the oats in a pan and add water, milk and boil for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 2

Turn off the flame and add sugar, vanilla essence, chopped mango, banana and combine well.

Step 3

Transfer this to serving bowl and garnish with mango cubes, chopped cherry and banana.

Step 4

Tasty Oats with Mango and Banana is ready.
