Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 nos
- Big Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Big Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
- Big Bell Pepper - 1 (finely chopped)
- Green Chilly - 2 (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- For Garnishing
- Mozzarella Cheese grated - 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except Mozzarella cheese and beat mixture for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan and pour 1/4 portion of the egg mix and cook for 1 minute in low flame.
Step 3
Once one side is cooked, sprinkle 1 spoon of mozzarella cheese on top and flip the omelet to another side and allow to cook for 30 seconds. (with each quarter portion, you can make 4 Pizza for 4 Person)
Step 4
Now the Zero Oil Omelette Pizza is ready to eat.
