The ingredients are very less and can be easily prepare at home within 15 minutes. Definitely it will attract the children as well as the grown ups.

Consuming bananas is good for the health. It contains Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, dietry fiber, iron and more. It is a good source to protect from cancer, heart diseases, strengthen the nervous system, fight against type 2 diabetes etc.

Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas - 2 nos (robusta)
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp

Method

Step 1

Remove the peels from the bananas and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Step 2

Heat a non stick pan then add butter, honey and cinnamon. Add the banana slices into the pan and fry for 5 minutes on each side. Keep it on medium flame.

Step 3

After 5 minutes take out the banana slices from the pan.

Step 4

Tasty Pan Fried Honey Bananas is ready.
