Ingredients
Wash pavakka properly with water. Cut pavakka into thin slices. Heat coconut oil in a pan. When the oil gets hot, add the pavakka pieces, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Fry on a high flame for a minute and then lower the flame till the pavakka turns golden brown. Tasty pavakka fry is ready. Serve with hot rice.Method
