Ingredients
- Peanut Butter : 1 cup
- Dates : 250 gram
Method
Step 1
Step 1 Soak the dates for five minutes (only if your dates are little dry). Then make it fine paste using a blender without adding water. Transfer the thick dates paste to a bowl and add one cup of peanut butter to it. Mix it well using a spatula until it form a cookie dough . Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for making the dough thick.
Step 2
Step-2 Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and make it a small smooth ball and place on to a butter paper. Slightly press down the ball using your palms for making it disc shaped and you can slightly press with a fork for make it more attractive. Repeat the process with the remaining dough. The healthy and delicious peanut butter cookie is ready.
