Peri Peri French Fries is a homemade snack recipe which can be served as starter or evening snack. The potatoes are usually cut in lengthwise into finger shapes similar to that of french fries. I prefer to serve it hot to enjoy the crispiness in every bite. It will be enjoyed by all of your family especially kids.

Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 nos (peeled and cut lengthwise into finger shape)
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
- Chicken stock cubes - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash and peel off the skin of the potatoes. Cut it into normal french fries.
Step 2
Grind together chilly powder, cayenne pepper powder, chilly flakes, chicken stock cubes, garlic powder, chat masala and salt until well mixed. This is peri peri mix powder.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Reduce the heat to medium and deep fry potato slices in batches until crisp and golden colour on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle sufficient amount of peri peri mix on the fries and toss.
Step 5
Tasty Peri Peri French Fries is ready.
