- Podiyari kanji - 2 cups
- Fresh milk - 1 cup
- Sweetend condensed milk (Milk Made) - 1/2 cup
- Milma Ghee
- Fried cashew nuts - 10 nos
Method
Step 1
Boil podiyari kanji in milk along with sweetend condensed milk for 10 minutes or until payasam have the required consistency
Step 2
Add ghee and cashew nut for garnishing.
Step 3
Serve hot.
