Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 250 gm
- Onion - 1 no ( chopped )
- Chicken - 200 gm
- Green Peas - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1/2 ( chopped )
- Carrot - 1 cup ( sliced )
- Spring Onion - 1 tsp
- Celery - 1 tsp
- Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Soup Cubes - 2 nos
- Water - 4 1/2 cups
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash and clean the chicken. Cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a pressure cooker and add chicken pieces, 1/2 cup of water, salt and cook it for 5 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and shred the chicken.
Step 3
Clean and cut the vegetables.
Step 4
Boil 4 cups of water in a large pan and add little salt into it. Once the water starts boiling, add spaghetti. After the noodles are cooked, strain water and toss the noodles with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil so that they do not stick. Keep it aside.
Step 5
Heat a wide non stick pan and add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and 2 tsp of butter. Then add chopped onion and garlic into it. When onion becomes light brown in colour, add chopped carrots, celery, capsicum, chicken pieces, green peas, spring onion and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add soup cubes, tomato puree and cooked spaghetti into it and mix well. Switch of the flame.
Step 7
Tasty Spaghetti with Chicken and Vegetables is ready.
