Spicy chicken wings is a variety chicken dish and can be served during special occasions like any kind of parties and festivals. While serving this special chicken item will definitely surprise the guests, friends and other relatives.
It is a perfect combination with hot rice, chapati, paratha, appam, bread etc.ย It is very delicious and very easy to make at home. The mixing of different spices and the sauces makes this gravy a unique taste.

Ingredients
Cut the wings into 2 parts. Wash thoroughly, drain and keep aside. Take a bowl then pour the buttermilk, 1 tbsp soya sauce, pepper powder, chilly powder and salt to make a batter. Mix well. Now add the wings to this batter and keep in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours.. Then take out the wings from the batter and dust with all purpose flour. Heat oil in a kadai or deep frying pan till light golden brown in a medium flame. Take out the fried wings into a kitchen tissue and keep aside. Now heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan, then add dry red chillies and saute for few seconds , and add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly. Saute until the raw smell goes. Now reduce the fire then add soya sauce, red chilly paste and tomato sauce.
Add vinegar, honey and boiled water. Mix well .
Finally add fried chicken wings into this and mix it well till all the sauces are well coated to the chicken wings. Keep stirring for 5 minutes in a low flame. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Spicy chicken wings is ready. Serve hot with rice, bread, chapati, paratha etc.Method
