Here is a very simple and easy Fish fry recipe. ย Fish Fry can be made in different ways and it is one of the favorite non veg dish ofย almostย all Keralites. Fish fries goes well with Rice.
Ingredients
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Kashmiri red chilly powder - 3 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Shallots - 8 nos very fine paste
- Tamarind pulp - 1 tbsp
- Salt To taste
- Oil for frying
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and apply on the fish pieces. Marinate for 1 hour. If u want to play with different flavor instead of tamarind pulp try lime juice or use ginger-garlic paste along with shallot paste etc. All will taste awesome.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish until both sides are golden brown. Spicy Fish Fry is ready!
