Ingredients
- Shallots - 2 nos finely chopped
- Spinach - Cleaned and finely chopped 2 cups
- Carrot - finely chopped 1/4 cup
- Cabbage - finely chopped 1/4 cup
- Beans - finely chopped 1/4 cup
- Arrowroot powder - 1 tbsp mixed in 5 tbsp water
- Water 4 cups
- Egg - beaten 1
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper Powder
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a bowl. Add shallots and stir till translucent.
Step 2
Add water to the shallots and boil. To the boiling water add beans, carrot & cabbage and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or unill the vegetables are cooked well.
Step 3
Then add spinach to this. Spinach will get cooked fast.
Step 4
So after 2 to 3 minutes add beaten egg slowly and continuously stirring. Once egg is cooked add arrowroot powder mixed in water to make the soup thick.
Step 5
Add required amount of salt and pepper powder as per your taste. Now the soup is ready to serve.
