Ingredients
Take a bowl. Add semolina, sugar, egg, cardamom powder, salt and mix well. Make thick dough. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Take small portion of dough and shape into medium sized balls. Deep fry the semolina balls in hot oil until it turns golden brown color.
Place the balls on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Tasty Thari unda is ready.Method
