It is one of my family’s favorite dish too. I have prepared this dish for the first time and succeeded in it. Tomato chicken curry is very simple and easy to prepare. It really tastes yummy.

Ingredients
- Chicken - 500gm
- Tomato - 4 nos
- Garlic - 10 cloves (crushed)
- Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Ginger - 1 small piece (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 string
Method
Step 1
Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Mash tomatoes into a fine paste.
Step 3
Heat a pan add tomato paste, chicken pieces, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, kashmiri chilly powder and salt. Cover and cook this for 10 minutes.
Step 4
After 10 minutes add coconut oil and cook the chicken in a low flame for 5 minutes. Take it from fire when the gravy becomes thick. Add chopped coriander leaves.
Step 5
The delicious tomato chicken is ready.
