Ingredients
Clean and wash the chicken. Put slits in the chicken pieces. Marinate chicken pieces with kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic-paste, garam masala, lime juice and salt. Keep it in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. Take the chicken from the fridge and sprinkle the all purpose flour, curry leaves, fennel seeds and red chilly flakes on the marinated chicken and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Heat a deep pan with coconut oil and deep fry the chicken pieces till it gets a good brown colour. Tasty Trivandrum Chicken Fry is ready.Method
