Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup ( 200 gm )
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Jaggery - 50 gm ( grated )
- Ripe banana - 3 nos
- Coconut oil - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
Method
Step 1
Using a steamer, cook the banana for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Take out the banana and let it cool. Remove the black seeds inside the banana. Then mash it with a fork or a spoon.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add cooked banana, maida, wheat flour, jaggery and salt. Mix it well with hand and make a dough.
Step 3
Make small balls with the mixture and roll into desired shapes.
Step 4
Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry each cutlet on medium flame until golden brown colour.
Step 5
Drain the excess oil with a tissue paper.
Step 6
Yummy Banana Cutlet is ready.
