Ingredients
- 1 big Potato
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp butter
Method
Step 1
Peel the skin and boil the full potato.
Step 2
Once cooked, slice the potato into round shapes of 1 inch size.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and melt butter.
Step 4
Fry both sides of potato in this butter under low flame.
Step 5
Serve hot butter fried potato with sausage and onion.
