This dish is so Spicy and Mouth Watering !

Ingredients

  • Sliced Chicken - 500 g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste -2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sliced Onion - 2 nos
  • Green Chilli - 4 nos
  • Tomato - 1
  • Coconut Oil- 1 cup
  • Water- 1 cup
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt

Method

Step 1

Clean the Chicken and cut into medium pieces.

Step 2

Take a pan add Chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water. Close with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. This will allow the chicken pieces completely coated with the ginger garlic paste and the masala powders.

Step 3

Now heat coconut oil in another pan and shallow fry the masala coated Chicken pieces.

Step 4

Then pour the same oil (used for frying) to a pan. Add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli to this and saute for 1 minute. Now add tomato, red chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper and salt. Saute till everything blend well.

Step 5

Now add the fried Chicken pieces and season with curry leaves on top. Spicy Chicken Fry is ready to be served!!
