Ingredients
Clean the fish pieces with water and sliced into long thin finger like pieces. Marinate the fish pieces with ginger-garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder and required salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Take another bowl and mix the vinegar with lime juice. Dip the fish pieces in the mixture of vinegar and lime juice. Keep aside for another 2 hours. Take the beaten egg white in a bowl and dip the fish in the egg white. Roll this marinated fish in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fingers. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.Method
