Ingredients
- Ingredients to make grilled fish - Set-1:
Fish (skin removed) - 500 gms - Black pepper powder - 3/4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Lime juice - 3 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Ingredients to make mango salsa - Set-2:
Medium ripe Mango - 1 big (cut into small cubes)- Onion finely chopped - 3 tbsp
- Pineapple finely chopped - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Green chili chopped - 2 nos
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion chopped - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Marinate fish by mixing all ingredients in set-1 for 1 hour.
Step 2
Heat a pan, add oil & pan grill in a medium flame on both sides. Remove from pan and serve to a serving dish once both sides of the fish is cooked well.
Step 3
Garnish with Mango Salsa & enjoy eating...
Step 4
To prepare mango salsa:
Mix all ingredients together in set-2, check salt, refrigerate half an hour and serve.
