Ingredients

  • Ingredients to make grilled fish - Set-1:
    Fish (skin removed) - 500 gms
  • Black pepper powder - 3/4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

  • Ingredients to make mango salsa - Set-2:
    Medium ripe Mango - 1 big (cut into small cubes)
  • Onion finely chopped - 3 tbsp
  • Pineapple finely chopped - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chili chopped - 2 nos
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion chopped - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Marinate fish by mixing all ingredients in set-1 for 1 hour.

Step 2

Heat a pan, add oil & pan grill in a medium flame on both sides. Remove from pan and serve to a serving dish once both sides of the fish is cooked well.

Step 3

Garnish with Mango Salsa & enjoy eating...

Step 4

To prepare mango salsa:
Mix all ingredients together in set-2, check salt, refrigerate half an hour and serve.
