Grilled Watermelon & Cucumber Recipe – Healthy Grilled Veggies & Fruits Recipe
I was wondering what special to make on a Friday. So was browsing and came across this recipe and thought of sharing this wonderful easy and simple recipe with you all.
Cucumber and watermelon have many nutritional facts. Due to its high water content it’s good for dieting too.
Grilled watermelon & cucumber is a very good combination with grilled meat or fish.
If you are making this recipe on stove top, add some sugar on top of watermelon & cucumber so as to get the smoky effect.

Ingredients
- Watermelon - 5 pieces
- Cucumber - 2 cucumber cut into pieces
- For seasoning:
Salt - As per taste - Chili flakes - As per taste
- Honey - As per taste
Method
Step 1
On an electric grill, place cucumber and watermelon and grill one-side until it becomes light brown.
Step 2
Flip over and grill other side.
Step 3
Serve to a plate and add required salt and chili flake as per taste. Drizzle some honey on top and grab with other grilled items of meat, fish or vegetable.
