Chocolates are always everyones favorite and everyone will fell in love with this chocolate brownies. Preparing homemade brownies is really fun and interesting. The important thing in preparing brownies is taking all the ingredients as per the measurements and mix it properly and bake.Ā

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • Chocolate chips - 2 packages
  • Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 2/3 cup
  • Water - 4 tbsp
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
  • Eggs - 4 nos
  • Nuts - 200gm

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and mix well.

Step 3

In a large saucepan, melt the butter with sugar and water. Bring just to a boil and remove from heat.

Step 4

Stir in one package of chocolate chips and the vanilla extract.

Step 5

Whisk the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Step 6

Slowly blend in the flour mixture, and then add the remaining package of chocolate chips and nuts. Continue blending slowly until it reach the cake consistency.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 Ɨ 13-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to test whether the brownies are properly cooked. If it comes out clean, the brownies are done. Make sure that your toothpick is coated with uncooked batter and not melted chocolate chips if you continue to bake it longer.

Step 8

Let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.

Step 9

Tasty Chocolate Brownies is ready.
