Malabar Chicken Curry Recipe – മലബാർ ചിക്കൻ കറി – Using Eastern Malabari Kozhi Curry Masala

Malabar Chicken Curry Recipe

Malabar Chicken Curry Recipe

Malabar Chicken Curry is tasty curry cooked with coconut milk. This curry goes well with porotta, chappati ghee rice. This is a very simple recipe which you can easily make at home.

For masala, I am using Eastern Malabari Kozhi Curry Masala.

Chicken is rich in phosphorus which helps to maintain strong teeth and bones. This generally includes low fat in the meat itself. The fat is highly concentrated on the skin. It is a great source of lean and low fat protein.

Try out this yummy curry at your home.
